FEMSA FORWARD
The project aimed to communicate FEMSA's new strategic priorities to a high-level executive audience in a memorable and engaging way.
OBJECTIVES
During the FEMSA Summit 2024, which gathers leaders from Coca-Cola FEMSA, Oxxo, and all other FEMSA businesses worldwide, there was a critical need to communicate the group's newly revised strategic business priorities. With a packed agenda and limited time, it was essential to ensure these priorities were conveyed effectively and did not get lost among other event topics.
CHALLENGE
We developed the concept of an immersive experience within the summit, allowing executives to physically engage with and understand each strategic priority through success stories. This was facilitated by designing a physical space enhanced with augmented reality technology.
STRATEGY AND SOLUTION
The project began with crafting narratives for each strategic priority, gathering success stories from various business units. After scouting locations, a physical space was designed and built, integrating both physical and graphic elements. A custom augmented reality app was also developed to enhance the attendees' experience.
IMPLEMENTATION
RESULTS
Attendance and engagement at the immersive experience exceeded expectations.
Executives gained a deeper understanding of FEMSA's successful initiatives across different sectors, enhanced by innovative technology.
This new identity has significantly boosted FEMSA’s global branding and internal cohesion, aligning the company with contemporary values while maintaining its historical identity.
